Training Ship Godley is a unit of the New Zealand Sea Cadet Corps (NZSCC), a branch of the New Zealand Cadet Forces (NZCF). New Zealand’s premier youth organisation.
The NZCF is made up of the Sea Cadet Corps (Navy Cadets), the NZ Cadet Corps (Army Cadets) and the Air Training Corps (Air Cadets). NZCF is a community of more than 3000 young men and women, aged 13 to 18 spead across 100 community-based units nationwide.
